Scott Weiss - With an economics degree from the University of New Mexico, Scott is a both a licensed New Mexico State General Contractor and Real Estate Salesperson. Currently Scott is pursing a Master's degree in Real Estate Development & Construction Management throught the University of Denver. His initial successes in Los Alamos have been with Primak Builders, where he assisted his Father and Mother in Law; Stan & Joan Primak, to complete more than 40 homes since between 2001 and 2003.  At Primak Builders, Scott’s title was officially Operations Manager, however; his role was of many. His in-depth experience ranges from budgeting, project design, project specification, site development, job superintendent, quality control, as well as warranty and customer response issues. Scott’s innate commitment to success had been honed by his efforts as a collegiate ski racer and mountain bike racer.

 

Jennifer Weiss – Jenny is a holder of both a NM State Real Estate Salespersons License and accredited teaching degree form Keene State College. She also is a graduate of Los Alamos High School and works for both Integrity and Primak Builders. Jenny’s role also runs the gamut, as she works on permit preparation, design selection, material fulfillment, and Subcontractor licensing.  Jenny is an ex- professional downhill mountain bike racer, who was one of a select group of women to be invited to the 1st ever Summer X-Games. When not hiking with her Golden Retriever, Shammy, Jenny can be seen riding her mountain bike in the hills around town.
